GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. By submitting this form, you are asking to be registered in the event.
2. In the case of events/dinners at a fee, the registration shall be considered as confirmed only upon receipt by Alma Iura Srl SB of the copy of the registration fee payment. The payment receipt shall be sent by email to this address: nplutp@almaiura.events, within two days from the date of the request.
3. Alma Iura Srl SB will confirm the registration by sending an email to the address indicated in the registration form.
4. In order to ask for a refund, in the case the participant cannot take part in the event/dinner, due to unexpected circumstances, they will have to urgently inform the Organizer by sending an urgent email to nplutp@almaiura.events or by calling the Organization office – at the following number 045 8033707 within two days before the date of the congress. In case no communication about the impossibility to participate is given, according to the above-described terms, the whole sum paid will be retained and the participant will have no right to any refund.
5. Besides the cases of force majeure, Alma Iura Srl SB can communicate changes and the cancellation of the event for any other reason by means of a communication (also via email) to be sent to the client within two days before the established date of the event. In this case, the sum paid for the registration fee will be refunded to the client, without further claim for compensation.
6. All the contents of Alma Iura Srl SB education events and conferences are protected by copyright. Any use or reproduction, which are not clearly authorized in writing by Alma Iura Srl SB, will be pursued according to law. Any type of recording (audio, video, etc.) of speakers’ presentations and of any contents displayed on screens is strictly forbidden.
7. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Verona, with the exclusion of any other alternative court.
Any complaint regarding the services in question must be formally submitted to Alma Iura Srl SB. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the clauses referred to in the following points of the General Terms and Conditions are expressly approved: 4 (inability to participate); 5 (cancellation of the event); 7 (exclusive jurisdiction).

DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

The company Centro Studi Alma Iura Srl SB (based in Stradone Porta Palio, 66 – 37122 – Verona, e-mail: info@almaiura.it; PEC: almaiura@legalmail.it; telephone : +39 045 8033707), as Data Controller will process the personal data provided in the registration form (for ex. name, family name, email address, company and role), and other information related to the event and possible data which may be shared at a later stage, with a view to improving the organization of the event, mainly using IT and other digital means.

Aims, legal basis and nature of data provision.
The personal data you provide will be processed:
a) for the purposes of organising and running the event, to allow you to take part in the event and enjoy the related services (e.g. registration for round tables). The data marked with an asterisk on the registration form is essential to register for the event. Without such data, we will not be able to confirm your participation. Any other data is optional. Data processing for these purposes does not require your consent, as it is necessary to provide the requested service (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 679/2016), and to better organise the event in your interest and in the interest of Alma Iura (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f of EU Regulation 679/2016);
b) with your consent (Art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a), of EU Regulation 679/2016):
b.1) To send by email newsletters and other information and/or promotional material related to the events and services organized by Alma Iura;
b.2) to communicate the data (name, surname, email address, company/office) to possible sponsors and/or partners of the event you register for and the use of these same data by the sponsors and/or partners, who want to send you by email their own promotional/commercial and other type of information, including the promotion of professional services, the distribution of information material, newsletters and publications, including also surveys and questionnaires.
Participation in the event is guaranteed independently of whether you give one or both of the above consents.
c) for the publication on social media and company websites of photos and videos taken during the event, in compliance with Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code, Articles 96 and 97 of Law No.633/1941 (Copyright Law) and of EU Regulation 679/2016, if you give your consent to their use by means of the specific waiver attached to the registration form. In this case, the processing of your image, if present in the photos and/or videos, will be compliant with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 679/2016 and with Alma Iura’s legitimate interest in using the images for the purposes indicated above.

Subjects that process data or subjects to whom data are provided.
The data provided can be shared with third parties, which act as Controllers of data on behalf of Alma Iura and in line with the instructions given by Alma Iura itself.
These third parties are:
• Companies that provide services related to the collection, processing and analysis of data;
• Companies that provide IT services and telecommunication services to the Controller (mailing service included);
• Companies that deal with the preservation of documents and data-entry.
Moreover, if you give consent for the objectives referred to in the previous section b.2, your data (name, surname, email address, company/office) will be communicated to partner and sponsor companies that take part in the event where you have registered and whose names are reported in the event registration documents, either as sponsors or as partners. These companies, that is sponsors and partners, can use the above data to send by email their own promotional/information material, including the promotion of professional services, the distribution of promotional/information material, newsletters and other publications, and also surveys and questionnaires.
If properly authorized, employees and associates of the Data Controller may also have access to and process your data during their work and within the scope of their responsibilities.
When these conditions do not apply, your data will not be communicated to third parties, nor shared, except for the cases, which are specifically required by the national law or by EU regulations.
Preservation of data.
With regard to the purpose referred to at paragraph a) above, the data will be processed for as long as necessary to ensure regular participation in the event and, after the event, it will be stored for as long as strictly necessary, in accordance with the rules on the preservation of administrative, accounting and archive documentation.
With regard to the purposes referred to at paragraph b) above, the data will be processed and stored until your consent is withdrawn.

Data transfer abroad.
Personal data are not transferred outside the territory of the European Union.
Your rights:
You can:
a) Have access to your personal data;
b) Ask for cancellation or correction of data, in case some personal data are not correct, are incomplete or obsolete;
c) Ask for a restriction of data processing;
d) Object to data processing (Art. 15 et seq. of RGPD).
Moreover, you can ask for a copy of your personal data in a structured format, which can be read on a common electronic device.
As regards the data processing referred to at point b), you may withdraw your consent at any time and without consequences, either by selecting the appropriate link for cancellation included in our emails or by contacting us at the addresses shown below. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing already carried out.
